Can recipients reply to my messages?
Yes—all you have to do is create a custom sender profile with a reply-to address. When you do this, all replies to the messages you send will go to the specified account.
How can I use messaging to promote my campaigns?
Promoting your fundraisers is easy with our messaging system. Just copy and paste FutureFund’s shareable links and QR codes into the body text of your messages—you can also include them in social posts, print materials and more. This can be used to direct people to your store, or to campaigns for individual items.
Can I attach forms or waivers to my messages?
Yes! When viewing any form or waiver in the Forms section of the admin, click Share to download a QR code or copy the link. You can paste the link into the body text of any message, or upload the QR code as an attachment.
