I understand that my child is expected to abide by all school rules during the trip. Failure to comply with these rules may result in my child being sent home at my expense. I agree to discuss these expectations with my child to ensure they understand the importance of following the guidance of the supervising staff.

I have provided up-to-date contact information for myself and an additional emergency contact. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring the school can reach me during the field trip if necessary.
